Here’s how you can access your Max Life Insurance policy details online.
If you are already registered as a user in our customer portal, here’s what you need to do to log into your profile and check your policy status:
**Step 1:** Visit www.maxlifeinsurance.com
**Step 2:** Go to the ‘Customer Login’ option on the top right corner of the page and you will be redirected to a page where you need to provide basic personal information to log on to our customer portal.
**Step 3:** On this page, please enter your registered mobile number/registered email address/policy number and registered date of birth to log in and check the policy details.
**Step 4:** After the necessary details have been entered correctly on the web form, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email address. That OTP will need to be entered here. Once you do this, you will just be 1 step away from accessing your Max Life Insurance policy details.
**Step 5:** Next, you will be redirected to a page that contains comprehensive information about all your policies. This is where you can keep a track of your Max Life Insurance policy status, pay your premiums online, look at previous payment receipts, update personal information and much more.

**Step 6: **Upon clicking on ‘View Policy Details’, the page will display four tabs, namely Summary, Transactions, Personal, Fund/Refund (in case of a ULIP policy. For traditional policies, this tab will reflect Bonus/Refund).
Under Summary, you have the basic details of the policy such as the insured person’s name, policy term, premium amount, policy issuance date, nominee name, rider details and more. Essentially, you can see an overview of your insurance policy over here.

**Step 7: **When you move to Transactions, you will find your payment details for the latest premium instalment as well as the past payment records. You can download the premium payment receipt for a single payment as well as a consolidated receipt for a past policy year.
**Step 8:** Your personal information will be visible in the next tab where you can also edit it, if needed.
**Step 9: **Under the last tab named Fund/Refund, customers who have invested in a ULIP policy can find their fund-related information and switch between funds, if needed. You can also register for NAV alerts to keep a close eye on any fluctuations in the fund value.
